During our time in the Peace Corps, there were\u2026<\/p>\n<p>6,506 pictures taken (Jaime)<\/p>\n<p>4,735 hits on the blog in our busiest month (June 2010)<\/p>\n<p>3,706 pictures taken (Emily)<\/p>\n<p>3,476 dollars of Uncle Sam\u2019s money spent on infrastructure<\/p>\n<p>417 blog entries posted<\/p>\n<p>400 trees planted<\/p>\n<p>300+ chickens vaccinated<\/p>\n<p>295 square meters of concrete floor installed<\/p>\n<p>271 pounds of baggage brought back on the flight home<\/p>\n<p>209 women trained in preventive health<\/p>\n<p>92 <em>morrales<\/em> produced by Temux Mayan Artisans<\/p>\n<p>91 formal health lectures given<\/p>\n<p>46 posters drawn<\/p>\n<p>31 pounds lost (Jaime)<\/p>\n<p>30 pounds lost (Emily)<\/p>\n<p>29 gringoes who visited our home *<\/p>\n<p>27 months spent living in Guatemala<\/p>\n<p>18 computers delivered<\/p>\n<p>16 stoves built<\/p>\n<p>13 articles published in the <a href=\"http:\/\/pharostribune.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Logansport Pharos-Tribune<\/a><\/p>\n<p>12 other volunteer sites visited **<\/p>\n<p>9 water tanks built<\/p>\n<p>4 latrines built<\/p>\n<p>3 confirmed types of parasites contracted (Emily)<\/p>\n<p>3 nights spent hospitalized (Jaime)<\/p>\n<p>2 lives changed forever<\/p>\n<p>0 times victimized by crime<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px;\">* visitors we had: the 4 witches, karen, elke, devin, robin, elena, mike, millie, alta, anne, dan, zack, joe, katy, matt, sarah, norm, steve, donaldo, alice, charlotte, 3 trainees, katal, nick.
